Fantastic, highly recommend. I dealt with Graham as a main contact for inquiry, sales and follow up. He was great, for the most part answered the phone every time I called and when he did not, he called back soon after. He remained true to his word on timings and expectation and when those timings or expectations were going to change he let me know and explained why. Lovely guy and in my opinion a company stinks from the head down or does not and this company is well run and cared about - this fish does not stick from the head down. The installation was full on for a day and a half as we had in floor ducting installed plus the actual system. Jason and his son were outstanding front people for the company, both with a lot of experience and a solid working relationship making me feel confident. There were a couple other guys as well, the apprentice was one. They got on with it and did the work. The hardest part was retro fitting in floor ducting on a 90 year old cottage...it was a guess work on where to put the ducts and if indeed they would work when accounting for joists, brick pillars and various other impediments. Pilot holes had to be drilled and if it was not going to work the home owner would need to fill that hole after the installation was completed. The pilot holes were drilled close to the skirting board and floor boards so was as discreet as possible. Clean up was pretty good but not outstanding however they are there to install AC not to clean. They did clean but of cause all that wood dust gets into everything. It was the little things, like the return vent area we chose had a power point located there so they moved the power point to a position of my choosing...just part of the service. The return vent area is something for the home owner to consider, where it will go and how it will look. Graham and i spoke about this a number of times and the end result was excellent, Graham had a custom made vent to fit the area and had his guys install framing around the area for the vent to attach to. We have now had the system in place for a month and could not be happier. We are likely to use it much more for heating than for cooling. Due to this the in floor ducts for a high ceiling old cottage on brick pillars was, by far, the right decision.

Had air conditioning installed by another company but it didn't work. Cool blue came to fix as Actron preferred repairer as installer said we had faulty unit and wouldn't come back to fix. Cool blue turned up on time, checked and confirmed it hadn't been set up properly. There was no fault with the system. They fixed it straight away and now works perfectly. Seriously use an installer that knows what they're doing. It's a huge investment. Pick cool blue they were professional and knew their job. Highly recommend them

I had two huge split systems installed on two levels of my house. The experience from start to end was super professional. Communication was prompt, everything ran to schedule, the team were friendly, courteous and respectful ensuring a thorough clean up afterwards. The finished product looks fantastic and works like a dream. Grahame has such a complete knowledge of what he is doing, he really dies think of everything which is so reassuring. I can't really talk these guys up enough. Right from the start they set themselves apart. During the quote we were listened to and Grahame definitely was looking at the install not like he wanted to get in and out (like another quote received did) but much more like it was going into his house. He was very careful about the best place to put vents, to put the return air supply, to put the outdoor unit.The quote came and it was definitely the best price we received despite the extra effort the install was going to be to get it 'just right'.Install day came and everyone was spot on time, were all very nice and did an absolutely brilliant job, exactly as promised (despite it being a difficult install - under floor with not a lot of space in sections!). Finished on time, cleaned up after themselves and ran us through the new system. The final price not a cent more than the quote.In our experience these guys are by far the best at what they do and better still they were the best price as well!

in early June 2021 Cool Blue removed our 25 year old reverse cycle ac and installed a new system. They did a great job: they were on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the new ac system. We are even more pleased that we chose Cool Blue. We cannot recommend them too highly. Great value for money!

I highly recommend Cool Blue. After just moving in to a property I found the 10-year-old ducted r/c air-con wasn't working. Adam and team were knowledgeable, responsive and showed up on time. They fixed the issues and I got the result I wanted - a cosy house in winter. I couldn't be happier :)

Can highly recommend. Great service from Adam and Ricky. Very friendly too. While they were here they also fixed a loud duct vibration that we had been putting up with for a long time, and suggested options for better controlling the air flow to different rooms. Will use these guys again.
