I would never ever go here again. After a week my nails started chipping (had sns french dip). At my normal salon can get easy 4 weeks out of my nails. Here didn't even take one week. 2 weeks into it and I have 4 nails left!! I rang to discuss with manager and she offered to re do them... I declined after this traumatic experience and don't live locally so can't get in for at least a week. Asked for a refund. She said she can't. She can only re do them. I can't get there for a week so need someone else to fix them as I can't wait that long so asked for store credit to try them again another time. She can't do that either. I told her this was not fair as I have paid for a service that hasn't lasted and she said it only lasts a week!!!?? She refused to help me then said she was with a customer and hung up on me!!! Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse professionalism! My regular salon was mortified. I have pictures if anyone wants proof - they certainly weren't interested when I offered to email it to them!

The lady cut several of my toes resulting in them bleeding. She applied pressure to stop the bleeding, then decided to put nail polish remover over them instead...... omfg it hurt...... now I have infection on both large toes..... so really not happy at this stage.......

The worse nail experience I have ever had. I will not go back here. Sloppy and rushed. And when I pointed out how sloppy my nails looked, I got attitude! The other girl apologied for how bad my nails looked, but still charged me full price....

Been coming here since they opened. Even still come here after I moved from Chelsea. Best nail place, best prices! Trust Cindy and the girls. Sometimes you have to wait but that’s to be expected when you have walk ins!!

Been going here for years. Love Cindy to bits. Walk out always happy and my nails become a talking point for weeks. Will not go anywhere else

I went there a few days ago to get some gel extensions. The lady who put the extensions on didn't care about my nails whatsoever. She used what felt like a hardware grade file, and even made one of my nails bleed. Once she was done, it felt like the shellac was trying to rip my nail off due to how carelessly she put it on. I predict my nails will take A LOT of time to heal from this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not go here!!It’s insanely dirty, super unhygienic! Nails were soaked in pure acetone for 15 minutes leaving my nails so damaged and my hands super dry. Shellac has started peeling off after two days.

I've had both my big toenails removed over the years due to a work accident. Cindy has successfully added 2 false toenails each summer so I can wear sandles without people starting. Top notch job each time. Highly recommend for pedicures and sns fingernails last ages too.

Always a beautiful job whenever I get my nails done here! The girls put in the time and effort in making my nails look the way I like them to be! <3
