Cal and all the coaches are so passionate and welcoming. My son loves going to the kids classes. Don’t be afraid of “the weights” people! So good for the body and mind.

Absolutely amazing place went on a Saturday morning and on the public holiday morning on Monday and experienced both coaches. They were both lovely people very knowledgeable and very nice. The atmosphere at the gym was amazing and the culture at the gym was very inclusive and nice. The place is a very good vibe and I loved being there. Thankyou!
