The staff are friendly and helpful. Richard the pharmacist took time to help me and offer his advice even though he has very busy. I was very thankful for this. Fantastic customer service and care. Highly recommend this Chemist.

I have always found the pharmacists to be friendly and helpful. Been going here for quite some time, and have only ever had excellent service. Liam and the other pharmacists have always gone out of their way to give me good service, and I will continue patronising their business.

That moment when you're looking for a chemist and it says it's Open 7 Days only to find out when you get to the door it's open 6. Had two other people rock up and experience the same thing while I've been sitting here. Might be time for some new advertising? Wait... Make that 3 rock up while I'm writing this.

Worst service ever. Was waiting at the service counter for over 5 minutes with a line of customers behind me waiting for someone to come and put our products through the register. someone finally went to the dispensary and asked for service. I’m amazed no one walked out without paying. I will not be returning. Teach your staff to actually do their job, especially when there’s only a pharmacist and a single assistant on. Why keep sending people to the register when you clearly know no one is there to serve them, common sense.

The pharmacist i had yesterday refused to sell me a medication that I needed all because of my tattoos. He said my proof of age card had expired and they don't expire. I went to another chemist and had no problems getting my medication. I call it discrimination
