Went there today to make a purchase, no complaints about the goods and the shop out lay was fine but what I did have a problem with was a particular shop assistant, who was walking around like me and my 2 sons were trying to shoplift something, maybe because of the way we were dressed after working all morning, any this particular tall gentleman should smile a bit more and say thank you after we made our purchase, remember sir we pay your wages

Always find this store fascinating! I go to get a battery fitted and come out with a drone or fancy garden lighting! Always friendly helpful staff, competitive prices, parking right outside. Wheelchair friendly.

I love Jaycar! I started buying from John Carr and Co in Sydney when John himself sat in the managers office and Lindsay was designing things like graphic equalizer kitsch (miss seeing you). They were mighty helpful then and the company has kept much of that original customer-experience focus.

I have been to this store at least 3x and all 3x I was served by Murray, the current manager. He always served with a big smile and made me feel welcome. I had an issue and he solved it in a very polite manner. If you happen to see this, thank you for your service, Murray.

2 days ago I Needed 3m 15 amp cable and I heavy duty lug to go on heavy 8 gauge cable, I took a sample of both items with Me and showed him. He went and got the cable and standard wire connectors. I said that my lug was much larger and he just said these would work. Wrong. Nothing was right. He could have at least looked at the items I had. I thought they were professionals.

Wanted a new battery for my keyfob. Bloke at counter wasn't interested in helping, wanted battery number, me to unlock the fob myself. Told him I would go elsewhere. Looking for reversing camera as well, will go elsewhere.

They really didn't want to let me pick their brain over the phone with my enquiry. They couldn't wait to get off the phone, obviously wanted to serve in the shop and if that's the case let me know so. Very lacking in customer care and communication over the phone which was shining through with the short answers and manner of tone. Sorry but the truth needs to be known.
