I can’t recommend Emma Van Moere @ Volvo Rushcutters Bay highly enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably patient with our barrage of questions about the electric models, gave us a great deal on our trade-in and kept me constantly informed from purchase to delivery.

Do not buy a car from Volvo RushCutters Bay if you expect any modicum of courtesy or after sales service. A 9 week wait for a service slot is apparently my problem for not booking sooner ? When i purchased the car the salesman of course told me how easy and convenient it would be for me to drop my car into Rushcutters Bay and they would take it to Five Dock to their service centre . A loan car if required would be available . Now its 9 weeks to get a spot or drive my car to Five Dock at 7am and wait around for 3-4 hours while it gets serviced. Add into this the rudest Receptionist ive ever encountered, who was intent on making their problem my problem - my next car will definitely NOT be a Volvo. It was not unreasonable to point out that the after sales service I was promised when i purchased the car, is not what you are providing and may well void my warranty.

The mainstay of my experience with my new Volvo XC 40 recharge was the outstanding handover service of Ms Emma Van Moere….no question to easy or difficult….First class service and post service
