Mate I dropped my Lawn mover at your shop on the 20/11/2021. Your shop has been closed since and calls are not answered. If you are not planning to work, at least send someone to give us back our deposits and our Lawnmovers, so we can get on with our lives. I delete this review once you return my LawnMover. Thanks

John is very honest. More of a business owner than a salesman. Doesn't over charge on services. Friendly, and give informative advice. Thinks for the needs of customer. Not just to sell whatever product on the shelf.Very happy to support this family business.

Mower came back running better than it ever has before. The guy in the shop is super friendly and super informative. he helped explain why my machine was running like garbage and then he fixed it. Now I'm gonna bring in my snipper to give it another chance at life.

What a pathetic joke dropped off saw's to be serviced in December now the end of March no saw's Shop is never open phone is never answered and my lively hood is those chainsaws so is he going to cover the losses that I've incerded am I ever going to see my saw's again as far as I'm concerned stihl should step up and take some responsibility He is a representative of the stihl company it's a joke and stihl use the excuse it's a franchise so what fix the problem stihl or do we all Start using huskys even if my saw's were serviced I will not be handing over anything

I bought a Stihl Battery operated hedge trimmer from John in Feb 2020and it broke down 8 months later. It had a 12 month warranty . After 14 months the issue is still not resolved with John blaming Stihl Australia.Stihl have not returned any emails . Highly dissatisfied with both the product and after sales service .

Went in to get my whipper snipper repaired. Told me I could pick it on four different occasions and when I arrived it had not been fixed. A month later and 30 unanswered calls they had not even started it. Heard a myriad of excuses as to why it wasn't done. Sick, car broke down, computer playing up,, job wasn't logged and couldn't be found in the system, couldn't find the right part. Just lost patience and asked for it back.

1 star is being very generous.He doesn’t answer the phone - tried 12 times last week before he answered, says he’s going to do something and doesn’t then just makes excuses. Says he will ring back and doesn’t. He said he would call me back yesterday before close of business and didn’t, rang again today (numerous times) finally he answered and said he guaranteed me he would call back today before lunch and never heard back so tried to call again this afternoon and surprise surprise didn’t answer. I’ve been chasing him up since beginning of April.
