For the past 2 and a half years I have struggled with my anxiety and depression to an extent it almost killed me. I tried psychologists, medication you name it! But nothing has really worked for me. I have seen Muna twice now and I’m always leaving feeling so positive and on a mission to better my life. Muna is such a humble human and is determined to help you in anyway possible! Muna is the most kindest empathetic soul who I’ve been fortunate to come across she is so gentle and nurturing and made me feel so comfortable. Have tried hypnotherapy quite a few times but this is the first time I felt safe in my environment and guided by Muna she made it such a positive experience. Thanks Muna

I had been a heavy smoker for like 8years or so and i did try many different ways to quit but always ended up going back to it, maximum time i could go without a smoke was 4-6hrs and then i would start having severe urges and headaches until i came across Muna and now its been almost 1 month and i can say that i haven’t touched a single cigarette since after my session and neither have i got any sort of urges to smoke till now. Best decision i have ever made to go ahead with this therapy with Muna. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s struggling to quit smoking.

Don’t bother booking with this lady. I made an appointment, she confirmed and didn’t have the decency to turn up on the day. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
