Wayne was recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. Experienced in running and how to treat it’s associated injuries. I go on Wayne’s recommendations depending on the injury.I’ve had deep tissue Swedish massage, acupuncture, cupping. Better treatment here than some physios I’ve been to.Service is great, good prices and covered by private health insurance.

I did not enjoy my massage with Stefano. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. He got unnecessarily close to unnecessary areas of my body (being careful here as Google rejected my original review)When I turned over on to my back, I could see his face, usually the therapist would obscure" their face with the sheet. I had a very disappointing encounter at your chapel street south yarra location.I rang and booked for a 60min massage at this location and gentlemen on the phone confirmed that I can use my HCF health fund to claim some of my fee which I have done previously.When I arrived at the location the lady at the reception who was working there yesterday (4th of Feb at 3.30pm) confirmed the details and said you can pay after the message.Once message was finished when I was at the reception with the same lady to pay she said I can’t claim my HCF health fund for the remedial message I had.I said this was all confirmed on the phone and was agreed that I can claim for the remedial message. Also I mentioned I had the same message with same lady on the 25th of Jan this year and I was able to claim.she was very rude and completely ignored me answering the phone while I was standing trying explain.I requested to speak to the manager(Wayne), however she said he’s not available and he will give me a ring before the end of the day. Unfortunately he never rang me either.It’s disappointing the rules and regulations change based who’s at the reception desk. Sadly very poor customer service which damage your own good reputation.I would not recommend the chapel street Max Therapy to anyone.

Wayne was absolutely incredible!! I went in there desperate for relief of some shoulder and back pain. And I walked out of there able to move again. He went straight into the areas of need and provided me so much relief, I’m so grateful. He was even quite intuitive and was able to tell that some of the pain was actually due to some emotional stress and anxiety I’d be experiencing which I found really amazing. He really took care of me. Will definitely be coming back.

Stefano is the most skilled and talented myotherapist I've ever worked with. Never have I worked with someone that is consistently passionate about his job and delivers outstanding treatments session after session. I recommended him to my wife, daughter and colleagues and they all came out feeling brand new. Do yourself a favor and let him dealing with your issues, you won't regret it.

I went to this salon because there is a great rating, a lot of good reviews and I am very happy about it. Good cozy atmosphere, but the most important thing is the specialists. I came to Wayne. He is truly a professional and reads your body like an open book.I started coming in for capping, needles and massages. If you want your body to be beautiful and healthy, then you have come to the right place. Wayne will help you relieve pain in any part of the body.I gratefully recommend him.

Stefano was amazing. He went above and beyond and gave me some great insights into why my body was sore. Highly recommend!

Best massage I've ever had by Aungkana. Had a remedial massage and used pressure points technique that was amazing.
