Wow!! My first time visiting last week and i had the Best Experience ever... i got my dream hair!! I have had extensions for years and these are by far the best. Amazing salon! The ladies are super welcoming and accomodating to all your needs. They gave me exactly what I asked for & my invisi weft looks absolutely amazing. I’ve never felt so good about my hair. They’re also super informative to any questions you may have. Overall I had a great experience at Luxe ☺️

From the moment you step foot in this beautiful studio you know you’re in the best hands possible. Everything about my experience here exceeded my expectations. I’d never had extensions before and Krystal transformed my flat, lifeless hair into a stunning mane. The quality of their products and service are so top tier… I won’t go anywhere else. Absolutely love the girls at Luxelabel!! Always professional, friendly and honest about what would be best for my hair. They make the hair extension process so easy from application to aftercare. The extensions are also amazing, lightweight and durable! Krystal is also happy to answer questions I have over socials. Definitely recommend!!

Krystal and her team are absolutely amazing. Best extensions in Perth. The quality of hair and the application technique are top quality. Krystal goes above and beyond, answering questions, giving hair advice and telling you exactly how to look after your hair. It's so obviously a passion for her and she makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble. You're not rushed in and out like other salons, you really feel looked after and always leave with the highest quality extensions. I've had comments from other hairdressers saying how exceptional the quality is. I'm a genuinely happy customer!!

Disappointing spent $2200 on a fresh set that was gold through the mid lengths and ends only to be told just give them a purple shampoo and they will be fine. The hair has always been very good in the past but definately not the same. Before putting in the gold set another weft was out to be put in but the stylist had noticed it had pink tones through that so swapped to the gold set. I was told by management I was offered a purple shampoo but I declined … now that is not the truth I was not and why would I need to be toning out a fresh set anyway ? I was told I would be refunded $149 for a toner and blow dry as good will still waiting on that.
