Our Medical Williams Landing

Absolutely horrible place this is. Staff at the reception behave with patients as if they have come for a stroll in a garden with zero communication. No updates on wait times, never answer the calls, despite having so many doctors and relatively so few patients you have wait ages. Average wait times is 2-2:30 hours. Even an emergency department in a hospital would do better than this place.

The first visit was great, got in relatively quickly and spoke to a very compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor (especially for the area I have a chronic illness in). Certainly one of the better experiences I have had working with Doctors.Today hasn't been great. I've been waiting over 2 hours without an indication of how much longer it will be. I'm thirsty, want lunch, and am now behind on work for the day. I haven't seen the DR yet, I'm seeing the same person and am sure they will still be great which is why I'm willing to wait, but this wait time is really something else.

I attended with the common knowledge that the wait times can be 2+ hours, I believe that is something everyone is aware of when attending a BULK BILLING walk in clinic. Although the wait is dreadfully long it’s definitely great to have their services available considering the hospital wait times would be drastically longer which many seem to forget.The reception staff were friendly but not overly communicative which I found completely understanding considering many people only approach them to express disapproval of their wait time rather than any form of gratitude. I can’t imagine that is easy so I definitely applaud them for even just being there and smiling.We seen Dr Hiwa Sabir who was absolutely wonderful with my very ill son. He was friendly and provided him ample reassurance when he became distressed by the routine observations. Dr Sabir was very attentive to his symptoms and provided incredible knowledge, assistance and treatment.I do wish that we could book with him however I would definitely attend again when needed despite any length of wait times knowing the level of care provided was so great.

The wait till is unbearably long, their system is definitely not efficient or doctors does not know how to follow the sequence means first check In should be the priority.I hope the management will train their staff and look into the booking system.Front desk couldn’t provide email/contact of their higher management and provided reception email address - they do not want it to be respoerted it seems

So disappointed with the service provided by the doctor Shawkat Kamal . I went there to get a medical certificate for friday. I couldn’t go and get the medical certificate on the same day as I was not feeling well. Waited for more than 2 hours to get this reply from doctor. Very disappointed with the service. Forget about medical certificate, the doctor didn’t even ask me what was the medical condition or if I am doing alright today.I don’t think this is the professional way of treating patients.

Noticed a board at the reception mentioning not to ask where we are in the queue.If they don't want us to ask they should make their app efficient enough to inform us how many are in the queue.Looks like they just wants their visitors to come and sit for hours. Waiting hour's too long. You should wait for 2-3 hours to be called in. Better find another clinic.

They do not allow you to book appointments, so you are forced to go to their clinic and book a doctor. Then you need to wait for hours (Williams Landing branch).Once checking with the receptionist, she proudly said usually 1 hour wait is normal.Why don't you then allow booking an appointment to save visitor's time? Doesn't our time have any value??

I went last week with my daughter and sorry to say the doctor (Dr. Stewart) was not at all helpful. We waited for our turn to see the doctor for about 2 and half hour only to be told what to do. The doctor was not interested to hear our story and history of the patient. He has not even checked if we have come here before. He was in hurry to just finish with us and we just had to say about the runny nose and there were follow up symptoms i wanted to tell doctor, but i started to tell her shut me every time. Horrible experience, we are always asked to be show respect towards staff but the staff behaves rude. Who can we reach out to, we pay for Medicare only to be treated this way, truly disaapointed
