Was told it would be 15 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes and rang. They couldn't find my address even though I have had pizza deliver many times. After nearly an hour and half it arrived and looked like it had been reheated over and over. Dried out and burnt on crust.

Dominos Thornton Does It Again. Placed order 5.47pm for delivery at 6.30pm. Order received and confirmed by Dominos Thornton at 5.53pm. Estimated delivery time changed to 6.51pm – 7.01pm. Received update that “Order is ready in store” received 6.46pm. GPS Driver Tracker at 7.08pm states “Check back in a few minutes”. 7.09 received update that delivery time has changed to 7.08pm – 7.18pm. Order delivered 7.14pm, lukewarm pizza and cheesy bread (bread burnt and nothing like the picture on website).We stopped ordering Dominos for periods up to 14 months, just to give them a chance to improve. As per the last four times, their service, quality, and taste has been far below a pizza from the frozen aisle at a super market. This will be the last time!IN ANSWER TO DOMINOS REPLYAs per Dominos request, I filled out the Form" for further information. Regrettably the "Form" has a character / word limit

Was pretty good up until around a month or so ago, different faces, pizza topping on value range pizza have decreased, picked up pizza last night, base was pretty raw and pizza wasn't cut into pieces.

Extremely bad.. I got very sick from food poisoning from their New Yorker pepperoni. Nearly went to hospital. Steer clear of this fd up place. These so and so’s owe me two days wages as I’ve had to miss work! Pathetic business and dangerous

This store is a joke. I used a voucher given as a refund for the last order that was wrong. And it’s wrong again. Received x2 desserts instead of x1 side and x1 dessert, also didn’t receive the garlic bread or drink I ordered. Not to mention the pizza base is undercooked. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Manager had an attitude problem, I ordered a pizza for delivery and after an hour I called to check up on my order. The manager told me that I already received my pizza and don’t call back and hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain that I never got my pizza and they must have delivered it to the wrong house. I was then told I was banned for life from the manager and she hung up again.

10/10 great service and excellent pizza. I had ordered the in correct pizza and when I rang through the staff member offered to send me out the correct one. The pizza was amazing. Thank you so much

My order is always wrong! But tonight takes the cake. I called to say it was wrong, spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who was too happy to help although when the new pizza arrived, IT WAS STILL WRONG!!! They need to get better management in there! Someone who can actually manage, train & supervise the team! We spend alot of money in that store, it's really simple just keep your customer's happy this isn't good enough.
