DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY TOOK OUR MONEY BUT DIDN'T PERFORM THE AGREED SERVICE.We paid for a $700 deep clean service of our new home to help us with an interstate move with a little family. They took our money and did not perform the agreed service. We even paid extra to have blinds and walls cleaned. Not a single thing was cleaned, there's no evidence that they even did a thing - there was a dead cockroach in our dishwasher, grime all over the kitchen and toilet, filthy oven, dirty floors and walls, and the outside was covered in dirt and leaves. As we were interstate only to arrive a few days later, a family member let them into the place and came back to check they were still there, but they kept insisting we leave our key with them. Now we can see from a review that they do this so they can leave. The person who turned up to our place couldn't speak a word of English and had just a chuck with him, so no professional equipment to actually clean the house. Had to call a translator and tell him what to do. Appears to potentially be a family/ connections among the staff and certainty not professionals. We arrived to the house totally disappointed and with no time to get new cleaners back in without moving out again with a new baby in the house. Can confirm we used this service through an email screenshot if needed (staff was Mike and Maria, though the latter left early). We called the manager Mary, who laughed at us and called our house 'old' as a weird 'burn' on why there was a cockroach in our uncleaned dishwasher. Do not waste your money here, we are currently engaging QCAT to explore our legal options for getting our money back, as Mary refuses to provide us a refund for the service. We saw on the advertisement that the bond cleaning of two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was $200, so we called for enquiry. We told them that we had been living there for 10 years and we were given a quote of $350(not include carpet cleaning) We told them to clean the garage and got a quote of $430. We followed the instructions to send $50 deposit. However on the day of cleaning, The cleaning staff said that the place was too dirty and it would take extra two hours (We told them that we have lived there for ten years and have already charged an extra $150) Of course it would take more time than normal check-out, but it was not really bad. But because the deposit has been given, If cancelled, we would lose the deposit, and we also deliberately took a day off to open the door for them. We decided to clean one of the bathrooms by ourselves without adding money, but even so, they still asked for an extra $80. We disagreed.And we also saw the cleaning staff dropped the dust on the carpet, and then stepped on it without vacuuming first and stained the new carpet. Because we only had $200 in cash, we gave the cleaning staff $200. We paid a total of $250 including the deposit. We then went to withdraw money and were told to come back within 15 minutes, otherwise they would leave. We came back within 10 minutes, and the cleaning staff had already left. Only less than a quarter of the cleaning was done, and it got dirty floor and left without cleaning. Paid $250, Only did not more than a quarter of the cleaning.We chose this company without doing much research due to busy moving. Later, I found out that some cleaning companies would not increase the price after quotation. We also chose such a company later, and they also went to our new home to collect the keys to clean the old home, instead of deliberately asking for leave in order to to open the door to the cleaning staff in the old home far away.The low price of advertising is just a trick to attract customers, and the final money paid is much higher than the original price. Because it was the first time we looked for bond cleaning, we were cheated because of lack of experience. I advise everyone not to pay any money before you know the final price. You can ask the cleaning company to check it first, and then pay the final price. Some cleaning companies do not check first, but they will set a higher price, which is understandable, at least you know the final price before you pay, and you have the right to choose not to use their services. In our case, the deposit has been paid, and the final price was only known on the day of cleaning. If the service is cancelled, the deposit will be lost and our day will be wasted.We were arguing with the business owner and his assistant over the phone about the extra charges and the carpet during the time in the property. The carpet was nothing to do with them so their cleaners didn’t care when they made it dirty. Our home was not very clean but not disgusting. They can charge whatever they want after we paid the deposit. They should expect to do more work when they charge $150 more than normal price. They didn’t pay the cleaners enough was not our problems. We never refuse to pay just we didn’t agree to pay more. The owner told us to bring $180 back in 15 mins on the phone then we told him we went to the bank straight away but they gone when we came back in 10 minutes. They just spent about 2 hours on cleaning. They didn’t do the work of 250/430. No more than 1/4 work had been done. They should change their price list when money is charged per hour but not a extremely low price on the advertisements. Your staff also use d the corrosive cleaning product on the rangehood but didn‘t clear it when they left and made it corroded. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and filled with water. It was slippy and dangerous. Very unprofessional.The cleaners made the floor dirty not us. Needed an end of lease clean done, they got back to me in a timely manner and provided a quote the next day. I had less than a week to have the clean finalised and they managed to squeeze me in to the schedule. They were friendly, helpful and did an amazing job.
