Great PT with amazing knowledge. I have improved my strength and fitness dramatically over the 2 years I have been going to Volhard Fitness. Has great eBooks available for purchase on his website which suits anyone and everyone from nutrition to gym guides.

Aaron at Volhard Fitness is by far the best Personal Trainer I’ve ever come across! Not only does he have insane workouts, he puts in so much time for his clients! My time with Aaron has been so life changing, he continues to push me harder, any obstacle I face he is always there to help me out! Always has a lot of time for people who are needing any sort of help or advice!Highly recommended!

a great coach who encourages you to do your best. helps with mental to fitness health . aaron has an holistic approach towards his clients health. i have been training under volhard fitness for 2+ years now...on top of my regular gym. always go recheck with him on the right form of exercise to hit your goal.highly recommend for people looking for a motivation to get back into thr games. especially to the people who have skipped gym for a while.

I have been attending personal training session with Aaron since November 2020 and I am so thankful that I did, Aaron has helped me build my strength back up aswell as my confidence!
