Dylan and Janine were super helpful for my self and the other applicant I'm applying with.Contacted me as soon as they were available to, provided an inspection over the phone and went out of their way to tidy the property we inquired about up while having our application be approved by the landlord.Very consistent communication and very friendly with any inquires and questions. Sales success of well maintained post WW11 family home. It was a pleasure to work with Sim to sell this one family post WW11 well maintained home on a looked after lot. Prior to selling the home, I had got to know Sim over a 4 year period and I had the confidence that Sim had the requisite sales skills to sell the home on our behalf. His attention to detail, knowledge of the market, the reading of buyer requirements, and the strategies and negotiating skills to bring about a successful sale. His personal skills in liaising with potential buyers was evident during house inspections and follow up discussion with interested parties. He kept us informed of buyer feedback throughout the sale campaign. This allowed Sim to negotiate a satisfactory price for the property. An excellent outcome for the buyer and seller with Sim negotiating a way forward to seill the property in a challenging economic climate and moving market place.

My partner and I simply cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Alyssa, Bree, and the rest of the team at Ray White Holland Park. In an extraordinarily tight rental market where it's (understandably) tempting for Real Estate agents to lower their standards, the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the team at Ray White Holland Park was truly exceptional. Absolutely Sensational! Steve went above & beyond with his service. There were a mountain of obstacles in the way of selling our investment property, Steve would always answer or return our calls and update us with any progress made and even physically repair minor things for the next open house, left alone his effort to find a new place for the tenants so we could hand over the place in a vacant position to the new owners. We cannot thank him enough for all the effort he put into the sale, even he said it was the toughest house he ever sold. 5 stars are just not enough for the service we got - from us 10 out of 10!Andrea and Oswald

This real estate is rude and they do not care about anything but taking money from you. If u rent through this agency don’t expect any maintenance to the properties. They have hung up the phone when they didn’t want to answer the question. That is just rude. The reply I got from this review says it all. They straight up lie and pretend they don't have a record of me, that's strange as I seem to be still paying rent to them weekly for a rental property. This agency did not disclose the fact the house was going to be demolished and I was just used as a fill in and could not extend the lease. Now I understand why they kept rejecting my maintenance request for lockable windows, hot water pressure and drains. Now I have to move again and it is so so stressful I have a lot of stuff to move on my own. One would think the agency would help me find another house since they lied and put me in this extremely stressful situation. I have had to take time off work for inspections and not having any luck and now I'm financially stressed to. Thanks for nothing Holland park Ray White U have caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and money.Your current tenant

Excellent service and professional!Sim was fantastic to work with during the recent sale of my property. He kept me updated at all times and even managed to secure a higher price than a few of the recent sales within the building. He was diligent with his follow up and went above and beyond with his service, professionalism & attention to detail with all aspects of the sale. I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time and I must say that Sim is a cut above the rest. Highly recommended!
