Kids Heart Pilates

In 2022 Team Bribie Kindy looked into the needs of our attending children and examined the current local AEDC data, to gauge how we could better support the physical and emotional development of the whole child. We came across Kids Pilates and fell in love with their ethos and goals for children’s holistic development. Our children have engaged in the Kids Pilates program during term one and will continue throughout the remainder of 2023. The online training that our team are engaging in will put them in good stead to be able to incorporate Pilates strategies into our everyday program moving forward. This program will place our children on the right path for life long building of good healthy movement habits. And in the process clearly enjoying their 30 minute sessions each week with their very experienced and knowledgeable instructor.
