I was really impressed with the service provided by Miei. It is the only time that I have ordered flowers on-line when the florist has sent me a photo of the arrangement that they are about to deliver to my recipient. Wonderful to have that confirmation ... and the arrangment was beautiful!

I always have a great experience with Miei Fiori. The first time I got flowers from Miei FIori it was a last minute scramble to find quality flowers (my regular florist was closed). The bouquet exceeded my expectations and I have not purchased flowers anywhere else since. The flowers are always fresh, vibrant and beautifully arranged. The staff are great if you go in store and the online store is easy to navigate.

The communication was prompt and there was such care taken for my order. I really appreciated the consideration for my circumstances especially with the current restriction in Melbourne. I was super pleased with the service. I was initially browsing for a hanging plant holder, but I also wanted a plant to go inside it, and I couldn't see an option for that. I used the chat help option, and they very quickly added a feature where I could just select add plant" to my order! The planter arrived really beautifully boxed & wrapped

Absolutely sensational service. I don’t normally post a review but felt they deserved one. Rather than post they actually hand delivered the item to our letterbox on their way home. Very friendly and great service. 6 stars all the way.
