My coffee machine is 100% working again like new. Something wasn't quite right and it needed to go back, and they replaced another part in record time. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and for putting up with me and my frustrations. I didn't review last year but it was a great job done then as well. 10/10 highly recommended.

Excellent service offered by them. Took a paint sprayer that had leaked paint into the motor unit and they advised me that it would take them a few days to fix it. Was contacted maybe 3 days later to let me know that the issue had been identified and resolved.

Lorraine is an angel! You couldn’t ask for a more helpful caring staff … and our coffee machine works better than when we bought it! .. how is that possible!?! …. I highly recommend these guys.. I feel like sabotaging my fridge just for an excuse to go back and revel in the amazing service.

My Breville coffee maker was misbehaving. I was quoted longer to repair but was very happily advised it was repaired in a few days. Reasonable repair cost as well. Highly recommend.
