A seven box consignment was dropped in a public area with no contact made to the recipient. This happened after 5 pm on a Friday evening. Consignment gone for ever. What a complete screw up of a company. Consignment consisted of irreplaceable personal items. No responsibility taken. Very disappointing.I personally located the consignment,After it was retrieved from Hard WAST collection by a caretaker.An apology was offered,
