Mark at Aussie Pooch Ocean Reef is so easy to work with, he sends reminder texts and provides flexible times. Our fur baby, Shaka, is always so happy after his wash and loves Mark. It’s hard to find a dog wash for such a large dog but Mark’s services exceed our expectations. Thank you Mark!

The perfect friendly and efficient service. Our dog is looking forward to her bath time on a regular basis. Mark is always really gentle with handeling the dog. When we started he took the time to slowly show her each different tool he used so that she didn't get scared of the shower or the fan. Our dog feels really well looked after during her bath time & she loves the treat at the end.

Mark has been incredible with our dogs. We have an 11 year old American staffy and a 2 year old rescue dog who is very timid of everyone he meets. When Mark came to wash our staffy, our rescue dog ran straight into Marks arms and felt comfortable immediately and Mark graciously made extra time to wash him even though he wasn’t booked in. Mark is incredible with our fur babies and as soon as he arrives our dogs fight over who gets their bath first. Mark is extremely polite, good to have a chat with and easy to contact. We are so happy to have found Mark and have recommended him to all of our friends and family.
