Sportsmart Kilsyth

Discovered sports mart a couple of months back, my new go to sports shop. I am served regularly on a Saturday by Grace she's a lovely young lady with excellent communication skills and never fails to bring nothing but the best service. Overall the store is very hygienic and well set out. very lovely staff in general.

Always great value and good customer service

Was in the store on Sunday for half an hour and was not acknowledged at all despite them walking past us, and us obviously looking for iems and sizes that we couldn't find. We still purchased 2 items and when we got to the counter both young guys at the counter just stared at us, did not even say Hi or anything. Poor customer service.

Have been here 3 times and each time staff have been not engaging initially and we have had to search them out despite being obvious in our intent for needing assistanceAlso they did not have a product in stock they we were looking to purchase and when asked if they could get it in for us, the employees response was just one word No". It was cricket related and being that cricket was in season was not expecting there unwillingness to help. We asked they sure and were again not willing to helpThey have been successful in one thing and that is to find another store to purchase from (Rebel Chirnside park has been much better). Would suggest steering clear from here"

Only customer in there at my visit.Female staff member was pleasant and helpful.Allowed me to browse without being annoying and assisted when I needed it.Well set out store, good prices and local.Love not ahving to go to big shopping centre
