Beacon Lighting Heidelberg

Customer service in this store is very inconsistent. I was helped by a lovely person called Lauren when I bought my lamp. However upon returning home and unpacking the lamp, I found it damaged. Called the store on Friday afternoon and spoke with Caroline who to my amazement was appallingly rude with her manner and tone of voice. She told me not to bother coming down to return the lamp as they didn't have any stock and I should go to the Balwyn store to do an exchange. No apologies that the stock was damaged and no offer for the new lamp to be delivered to the Heidelberg store from Balwyn for me to exchange. Seriously customer service can do better. I have purchased from this store before but you have just lost a sale because of the way I was spoken to and will not be recommending your store.

Located at a very busy intersection, parking can be difficult when traffic is very heavy, which it is frequently. The store is well laid out with thoughtfully displayed products, always in working order. I've shopped here many times and the staff are very well trained with excellent product knowledge. Any questions are handled promptly and several times they have looked up and called suppliers for me for additional info, measurements etc. They are also good on price and competitive when quoting.

The customer service by Brit at your store was absolutely fantastic.This is the first time I have written a review on anything, but feel compelled that I had to do it on this occasion. She went above and beyond with trying to find the right globe for me during restrictions and without having to do a store visit.

I could not be happier with the expert service I received from Lauren at the Heidelberg store. I asked many questions about buying the right ceiling fan for my son's bedroom. There are many different types to choose from but Lauren made the decision easy for me after discussing my needs. She recommended several brands and sizes, so I went with those and ended up making my choice with the added bonus of a great price! Thank you kindly for your support, Lauren. I was also thrilled with the free next day delivery.

Great shop, plenty of variety here. Staff are friendly and know what there talking about, 4 star due to they didn’t have 2 things that I wanted as out of stock. Still, a great place for your needs.

Beacon has a good variety of products including lamps, fans and some resin sculptures! Good customer service and to top it all : it's got parking of its own as well!
