I arrived without an appointment, with a mid-holiday battery pack failure, and Janet happily set aside her schedule so she could help me immediately. What a lovely lady. And as a cpap user she understood completely. Can't thank her enough.

The staff at this place were horrible to deal with. All they wanted to do was sell, would not listen and frankly did not care. Avoid !! this place if you need help or information. They will phone and harass if you miss an appointment! Only made one to get away. Worst experience

My mother Just finished her cpap trail , Janet was the constant who helped with her trail.Janet was wondering so understand , my mother was worried about doing the trail at first being a personal care giver she had her stories from clients who had sleep machine from somewhere else.Janet was very informative and knowledgeable about the machine and encouraged me to try other mask. Janet was very caring and positive and understanding. Would definitely recommend cpap to others.Big thank you to Janet from Wanda

They have been very understanding of my sleep problem, and have worked hard to find the best solution for me.They explain the options carefully and will trial various options to make sure I am completely happy with their recommendation.I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in this area.

I can only recommend CPAP Victoria I had the opportunity to deal with Janet from the Geelong branch today after having more problems with a leaking tank on my Resmed Airsense 10 machine. Janet was most helpful listening to my concerns and providing helpful advice on my cleaning regime. I bought my machine from CPAP Victoria in Frankston, but have found the team to be just as friendly and professional in Geelong. If you need to get a CPAP Machine Irecommend you go and see them at CPAP Victoria great prices initially and exceptionally good back up service.

I received great customer service from Julie. I didn't want to get a machine but Julie was patient in explaining the benefits throughout the trial. I now like using the machine and my health feels better.

Started off with a bad experience (lack of communication and 1 bad staff member). Was contacted by Michelle who was fantastic and then Gabriel the owner of the company who was very helpful and wished to help me set up a machine free of charge even though I had purchased it else where. I can gladly recommend this company now.

It is daunting to be told you need to sleep with a CPAP machine, I was embaresed and just wanted to get in and out as quick as I could. I'm am so glad i did the 4 week sleep study, Janet was so informative and helpfull and getting to try a range of masks was great. I have gone from extreamly poor sleep to sleeping through the night with plenty of tips and tricks if i find myself with issues. I strongly recomend CPAPVictoira to anyone starting out with CPAP. Thank you.

Could not recommend the staff more highly, especially Kathryn at CPAP Victoria. I had the very best experience I could hope for. Kind and caring consultants. Knowledgeable and helpful, Now I just need to practice sleeping!
