This weight loss program has enabled me to lose weight and body fat week after week ! There is no need to exercise and the program is easy to follow! I drive from Geelong every week and am willing to commit to this time because of my continuing weight loss week after week!Jeff is friendly, supportive and very helpful! I can text him any time with questions which are answered quickly!I can absolutely recommend Jeff if you want to lose weight quickly and not have to do exercise!I am 69 years old and am getting back to the ideal weight of much younger years.

This program really works. I've always struggled to keep my weight off and through this program have kept it off for the last few years. In the first 2 weeks of starting the program I lost centimetres off all areas of my body and 3 kilos with no exercise just sticking to the program. I have learnt what works best for my body and it has been super easy. I haven't had to slug it out at the gym or starve myself. I remember when I first started the program thinking this was not going to work for me but it has and still is working. It's been a great reset to also kick sugar and alcohol. I have follow Jeff from Geelong to Ballarat and hands down will not go elsewhere. You get to set your weight loss goals and then you're supported to achieve them.
