Worst pizza I've had, under cooked and doughy, barely any toppings, tiny in size. Absolute rip off for your money, much better off spending it elsewhere. Very disappointing. I don't know how you're still in business given the quality options locally. We will not be making that mistake again.

Domino's Pizza Redcliffe makes pizza. And a whole bunch of other stuff you already know about. The Redcliffe shop has never let me or anyone I know down in 10 plus years of service. Centrally located so whether you pickup or get delivery, always pretty quick. Pizza.

Domino’s Pizza Redcliffe
Not sure if they were having a particularly bad day yesterday but we had the worst experience with them. We ordered a 6pm delivery at around 4pm. By about 6.20pm we were wondering where our food was - so rang them and they said it was out for delivery. We still had not received it by just after 7pm so rang them again. When we said we had still not received our food they passed us on to the delivery driver. He said he had already delivered it - we said we had not received it. Turns out he went to the wrong apartment block down the road and gave our food to some random woman entering the apartment block - she said she knew the person and would give it to them. Who does that? So then he asked if we wanted our food now (??) - we said yes of course. So they finally delivered it at 7.20pm - so an hour and 20 minutes late! They didn't even give us anything for the dreadful service - just a quick apology. Pretty poor experience and not sure we will ever order from them again.

Doing as Dominos prefers. I have used the app again with the vouchers wallet and ordered 2 pizzas plus extras to make the minimum for delivery.The order will not process yet again and the app informs me it sent an email. Which I have not received, yet again.Yet another let down by this online automotive service we're all being forced into.I'm ringing up the local fish n chip shop and ordering tattie cakes.

Lately I've been real dissapointed with dominos redcliffe why can't they seem to cover the whole pizza with cheese each slice is half cheese the back half of the slice usually is just sauce ??Even if I make a pizza at home I can manage to cover the whole pizza and each slice of pizza is covered with cheese.Nothing worse than receiving a pizza ordering extra cheese and it's still spotty with the cheese.

My family have been buying Domino's pizza regularly for years and from a range of different stores. We have been rather disappointed for some time now with the quality. This evening two out of three pizza's weren't correct with one family member making something else for dinner because of the disappointment. Sadly we will be buying pizza else where.

What a DISGRACEFUL SERVICE by Domino's Pizzas at Redcliffe. I arrived at the store at 6.30pm, a teen staff member took my order at the counter and I was told 15mins it'll be ready. Well I waited 20mins outside and entered to the counter. I was asked my order name and then asked when did I order it. This teen said there's NO RECORD of your order and asked again what I ordered and did I order at 5pm well I finished work at 6pm and NO I didnt. I was asked to reorder a 2nd time and told another 10mins it'll be ready. Now I'm waiting in store for our payed meal and the time has ticked by to 35mins. Then a female staff member asked my order name and went looking for our dinner. She returned to tell me there's NO RECORD of our payed order. This women then said I can take your order again it'll take 5mins rushed through. Now I told her this is the 3rd time I've ordered this meal enough is enough. I want our Bloody Dinner. The waiting time reached 40mins. She apologised profusely and again said it'll be another 5mins till ready. 15mins we waited, before our meal was presented to us and I said this is disgraceful service here. We drove home and found that our pizzas where not even what we ordered. By now I'm totally furious and I rang the store had some choice words about our interaction in this CIRCUS. I watched the disorganisation by the Children staff and over heard a staff member talking with another fellow on the phone about his order which was delivered incorrect. I was waiting in store with 1 lady who was heatedly arguing with a staff member about her order. Another gentleman waiting behind me for at least 30mins for his order. This customer service is appalling. How can any BUSINESS OPERATE LIKE THIS!
