Tamara is amazing at her craft! Since my first consultation she has been warm and welcoming, I now class myself as a regular for her to fix.She has a wealth of knowledge with injuries and niggles from sports, crossfit to everyday aches.She focuses on the areas of trouble and tailors it to where your problem areas are.I have tried a couple of other places and have not felt as confident and comfortable than I have with Tamara.Highly recommended!
