Donna has given us such wonderful service, she helped pick out our tiles perfectly for our last bathroom so have returned. Would not hesitate to recommend these ladies every time, polite, professional, helpful and the prices can't be beat!

Yuliya was amazing, we weren't very sure what we wanted but she guided us to beautiful feature tile for our bar. Excellent show room, great prices and superb customer service!!

We went to joondalup shop 4 times to choose, buy, pickup and exchange the tiles.There were 2 staff with European (?) accent .They had no smile and very pushy on their opinions about choosing tiles.Luckily when I decided to purchase, I was served by very nice staff Donna she was friendly and helpful.Then there were 2 unmatched tiles in boxes we purchased.I brought them back to exchange but all they said was that's the design ".I kind of understand but those 2 were with to much scratches looking pattern so it looked so bad next to good tiles. But the staff looked unhappy and said " so you don't like them. What do want to do!?". So I said " I want ok looking tiles as I have others at home!".Finally they got ok looking tiles from the back.So if you got a problem

I bought 27m of wall tiles for my new bathroom and when I picked the tiles and came in to pick the grout I picked out a white. The lady then said no this is not the colour that goes with that time is should be cashmere.I said I prefer the white lighter colour and she said no thats not going to look good.So I bought the cashmere and now my bathroom is done and the only thing I don't like is how much the grout stands out against the white tiles.Now going to have to put something over the grout I think.It is good for an expert to be sure about their products but in this case it really was bad advice and I guess my fault for not sticking to my guns but maybe in future the sales staff can be less pushy on their ideas?

Good range, prices competitive, staff knowledgeable.Most deliveries are within 48hrs. Be careful about their returns policy - measure and estimate materials thoroughly.Grout available as well, standard colours available at Bunnings cheaper.

Just had a bad experience trying to return tiles that have been over estimated by the sales team, im upset for a few reasons. When they made the initial estimate i did mention that the cutting will be much less and showed pictures of the area being tiled yet they said dont worry you can return it but it will be at 20% sale price which i was happy about.We didnt have luck finding a tiler for a few months since the situation in perth for labor hire is so bad so once the work finally completed i contacted them to be greeted with the legalaties and policies they have in place for returns after 21 days. No mention of this during purchase. And no exception was being made for me who has been a returning customer multiple times.They expect me to try spend my time selling these tiles on market place and we all know how much of a headache that is.No idea what im going to do now.
