We bought a King bed that turned out to be way too soft. Luckily we were served by Joe who sorted out an exchange and we only had to be pay for re delivery. The new bed is perfect.

Geoff was amazing! Best customer service we have experience from a retail store ever! He asked us heaps of questions in order to help us work out what our needs were with buying a new mattress and frame. He was very knowledgable about all the products, super approachable and an all round awesome guy! We tried over 5 different mattress stores and no one else's mattresses, knowledge or customer service was anywhere close to Geoffs. We have purchased a mattress, base and head frame set from snooze and cannot wait to get it delivered and start having the best sleep of our lives! I recently went through the process of buying my first new, purpose-made mattress. We participated in their computer-generated program to work out what was our sleeping position, hot, cold spots, and it was interesting to think about and understand how we slept. The salesperson was nice and the process of feeling different mattresses was good. I did become a bit disconnected to thinking about what I was going to sleep on when I got home, finding softer and softer options. We ended up picking a firm, and medium mattress that had a thick pillow-topper. When we got this mattress home, we found that it enveloped us, sinking into the pillow-topper. As we slept hot, this made us feel even hotter. My partner was also having trouble with the medium side of the mattress. Snooze were fantastic, explaining that it might take a month for our bodies and mattress to adjust. After a month it was still the same and they fixed the situation. We ended up with a firm mattress without a thick pillow-topper and it has settled in beautifully. Both Rutherford and Kotara were involved in the process, and I can’t fault either. They looked after us, listened and worked out the best situation for us. I recommend shopping with either shop. Dylan

Ordered a mattress and bed frame. Amazing mattress and awesome salesperson (Joe) . Very sweet, patient and helpful . Listened to our needs and usage with the mattress and suggested the one within our budget . Absolutely love it. He even went an extra mile with arranging its delivery . Only issue we had was we had to cancel our bed frame due to delivery delays. Otherwise excellent experience and will buy from their store again

I cannot recommend Snooze Rutherford highly enough.We were difficult customers, and changed our mind about our mattress purchase. The guys at Snooze were helpful the whole time, and made sure we ended up with a bed that we were happy with.If you are nervous or unsure about where to buy a mattress, I encourage you to go in and talk to these guys.
