I had Chris as my driving tester and he was honestly the best. Such a kind person to be around, i felt stress free as he kept calming me down during the test making sure i was okay to finish the test. hope all testers are like him!!

Instructor name Aman very rude with people her facial expressions are very bad. It looks she’s having something wrong very disappointed instructor she must have know how to talk with people.

No offence great place to do your test good for learners . But seriously what is wrong with some instructors I have seen some instructors just teaching people on drive test routes just to pass the test only ask your conscience that are you doing the right thing what if they end up in a bad situation because of you teaching them just on test routes and then them passing the test . Please don’t think about money all the time . think about their precious lives . It is wrong teaching at so many levels . A competent learner can pass anywhere and in any condition . Vicroads should step in .

Margaret was my invigilator and she was very humble, knowing that I am from different country, she was ok to repeat instructions when required. I was very nervous but her calm demeanor helped a lot to focus on driving skills, rather than fear of failure. Great job Margaret.

As a driving instructor, I would like to say thanks to tester Mary.My applicant was very nervous today before her test. The way Mary was able to keep her calm in the office and choosing a calming tone in the drive really helped put my applicant at ease.Thank you Mary for your excellent skills and service today during our drive test.

Highly recommended! I successfully passed my driving test at Pakenham East LTC on my first attempt, despite feeling a little nervous as I used my own car without using a vehicle from a driving school. But I can assure you, the presence of a driving instructor during the test makes no difference. All you need are your own perfected skills, driving experience, and self-confidence!I want to give a big shoutout to my Licence Testing Officer (LTO) who was extremely professional, precise and clear with his instructions the entire time.Not just my LTO, I noticed the other test officers were also very polite and always wore a smile, boosting the morale and spirits of new drivers.Overall, I was impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team, from the receptionist to the LTOs. Keep up the excellent work, and kudos to the whole VIC Roads team at Pakenham East LTC!

Highly recommended. I took my test twice and passed, and on both occasions, my driving testers were the nicest people ever! I really would like to thank Margaret and Chris for being the best driving testers you could ever ask for, and everyone in general was extremely nice and wonderful too.

I passed my driving test yesterday. Darren was my invigilator for test. He is very clear giving the instructions and he very calmly repeated the instructions when I asked him to repeat. I was pretty nervous in the initial phase of my driving test but Darren helped to clam and drive. I am thankful for my instructor and Darren.keep it Darren. Great job!! :)
