The lady there is very rude. She needs to know some people have phobias or special needs and need someone with them. Just shuts the door in your face. No warm welcome! What if that was someone on the last stages of life and they had to deal with a so called medical professional who hates people

If I could give zero I would had blood tests 5 or so weeks ago my test results still haven't got to my doctor listed on the test how a person manage the health condition when you can't bother to send test result....
