You have a big guy working there that is the most vile unpleasant person I've come across in a service environment. He must be the owners friend or relative as it would be the only reason to keep him employed. He make a mistake on the register and you call him out its somehow my fault. Order a large coffee and he starts to make a small and you call him out again somehow it's my fault. The list goes on over the last few months. Until he's gone if I see him there I'll keep going.

Your store is listed as staying open till 11pm. Arrived at the store at 1010pm and your staff member advised that the coffee machine was closed for cleaning. Right. so you close the machine a whole hour before you close the store. As a shift worker, usually you can only get coffee’s at night from service stations. You’d expect that if your service station was open until 11pm, you’d at least be able to get a coffee at just after 10pm. Let’s just say, I won’t be back.(3rd Oct 2022)

I came around 11:15 pm on 25 dec and the behaviour of employee was very rude while serving

Hes so rude could not tell me proces on anything he makes me feel like I'm not wanted at this servo, get a better worker or your gonna loose customers who have been going to this petrol station for many years. Disrespectful and rude needs to wake up and realise he serves people not the other way around.

Worker specifically named “Brody” was very rude to me at checkout. I went to pay at a guy to the very left of the checkout but I believe he was busy. Then “Brody” had the disgusting nerve to yell at me and tell me to go to the checkout near the hot foods. If behaviour such as “Brody’s” is present within the BP staff, other staff must likely reflect it too. BP can at least teach their staff some manners.10/10/2021

Poor customer service.staff tonight was very cold, No greeting no plesentries not a single word. Made an annoying expression when ordered a coffee, not sure why is the guy working there if he hates his job so much.I am a frequent customer and this is not the first time he has behaved badly there are others who do a great job at this place.

I've lived in Ferny Grove for 21 years, unfortunately the only bad thing about Ferny Grove is our petrol station. Fuel prices are shocking, I know there isn't much competition around for Them, but how about looking after the locals with at least competitive pricing? To be fair, they might be better now, but since their electronic price display hasn't been working in weeks, I wouldn't know what the price is. This brings me to my next problem, maintenance. I stopped going years ago when they refused to fix their slow pumps. It would take 5-10 minutes to sit there and fill up, and staff couldn't care less. The price of groceries is outrageous, even by petrol station standards. My only hope is they go out of business and someone else takes over this location so I have a local station to go to once again.

Not usually one to write negative reviews but the middle aged bloke who works there (unsure of name) has gotta be the rudest person I’ve ever been served by, every time I’ve gone in he barely says a word and does everything with attitude and acts like he’s doing you a favour for doing his job.

Have to agree with all the recent comments on here. Dropped in to grab a coffee and snack and my goodness was the middle aged man so incredibly rude. I pointed at the size coffee I wanted and said I'd like the smaller medium one please" and got yelled at. He was then rude to the female worker before going on his phone and then proceeding to shout "no" at the next customer who also asked for a medium coffee.This worker needs a serious attitude adjustment. Disgraceful. If I could I'd give zero stars."
