Quite disappointed to the after-sales service. I bought a fitted sheet from there, after opening the package and comparing the sheet with the bed I found the size doesn't fit. When I take it back to the shop the staff refused me to return it, even I explained I didn't use it even once.

Always like a good wander around big w. Can find bargains sometimes. Normal big w, plenty of stock. Great, friendly staff

Had some issues in relation to laybuys and online purchase/instore collection however they were resolved none due course and staff were friendly and accommodating

Today, I had a very bad experience in this shop when I check out with a short purple hair lady, I bought 20 towels, when check out, to make the lady's job more convinient, I told her 20, she said she need count, so I pass to her, she asked me, did you say ten? I told her, no I said 20, the way she talking to me, it is looks like I am try to steal things. If you are working, why not be nice, if I want to steal, why I not go to self service? Maybe I am too sensitive, because I am Asian?I also buy heavy stuff, and I have to move to the counter, I think the comupter have button, she can just click on it, if she does not know how to use it, it means she did not get proper training from Big W!Big W should training staff properly, if the lady is not happy with her job, why she not find another one?

I went to purchase a printer.The assistance I received was excellent from a 25 year veteran her service was great and a pleasure to talk to.
