Lady named May helped me track down a parcel that another courier company (who actually delivered it there) couldn't locate. Helped within 5 minutes, had previously been on the phone for 40 minutes with other companies. Thank you for your help!

Didn't deliver package at Depo in Portland the day we needed product, it went back to the main Depo an hr away ,this isn't the first time we've had this happen. They don't provide a reliable service. When I called to look for package there was no offer of refund or apologie.
