Used to be very reliable, but the newer folks are almost always unreliable. About half of the time I've had some form of mishap of them either showing up 10-20 minutes later than they had actually stated they may be, or completely showed up at the wrong address and not arrived at all until I've called back.But, I will say, everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating to the elderly and people with various disabilities. If you're in no hurry they're still a very good service, but I wouldn't rely on them if you need to be somewhere by a certain time.
