Care Property Management

Rebecca and her team has managed my property in Hampton Park for about 3 or 4 years now. Over this time I have dealt with three of her agents and three tenants. Whilst tenants, and everyone else for that matter, come in all shapes and sizes (some more challenging than others), the agents at Care have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, efficient and professional. I feel the property is in good hands, and they have procedures in place should there be issues with tenants or other concerns. I was initially drawn to their services due to (1) cost, and (2) professionalism and attention - I put equal weight on these. Make no mistake, Rebecca is really hands-on to the extent her time allows as other reviewers have pointed out. It is great to see. From prior experience in having investments in other states, having a small agency look after you is a big plus, having that agency not doing sales, just looking after investments, is even better.

We switched our property to Care eighteen months ago after very unsatisfactory service from another local agent. Rebecca and Stephanie at Care have been highly responsive and professional with excellent communication, inspections, advice and assistance to help us meet our legal obligations and found us a brilliant tenant very quickly. We couldn't be happier. We did find other agents who would charge a lower fee but chose Care because we knew we'd get better service from a business who is not focused on sales. Glad we did.

Its hard to find a Property Management firm which is not biased to one party either landlords or tenants. Care property Management is one of them. We were tenant for almost 3 years in a property managed by them and it has been a smooth experience with them. Communications were crisp and quick always. If there was something which a tenant deserved they provided. If it was to talk of Landlord’s side, they always stood by them as well.They have treated both tenant and landlord as there equal clients and provide the best professional service you can expect.

I have dealt with a few other property agencies, both as a tenant and a land loaded. I contacted Rebecca after a very difficult time with one of the most popular realestate agents. She was going beyond expectations to assist me to sort out the issues I had. Most real estate companies are very biased these days and I felt being harassed.In my experience Rebecca and her staff are carrying out a genuine and a great service to the society by doing the right thing at all times.
