Have loved our experience at Pacific Smiles Dental, Penrith. Every Dentist has been excellent. We first made use of their services on a Sunday afternoon for emergency dental requirements.

Dr. Akkari was amazing. I am not a fan of sitting in the dentist chair however, she made me as comfortable as possible even when she was having issues removing teeth. She stayed calm and that helped me. She is AMAZING.

I was booked for Dr A Jadhav today and she is brutal. I came and she asked me where was my pain and asked me to take x-ray and do not allow me to ask any other question. She told me about the price and asked me that I have to come back for another appointment. I had so many concerns but she said she could not tell me because she has only 30 mins. I decided not to continue the appointment with her because she did not care about patient. They charged me $165 for less than 5 mins, and called it checked up and xray where she did not check up anything. I refused to pay because the service was not completed. They said they will send it to the debt collector. I am ready to take it further legal proceeding if necessary for negligent dental service. On another note, they were using fingers without the gloves to touch sanitized equipment. Would you go ahead for the treatment when you see that plus the attitude of the dentist. Never again.

I visited Pacific smiles dental clinic last week for a deep cleaning treatment as my gums bled while brushing. Dr Reha, dentist and her assistant, Madison took utmost care of me while performing the treatment. The dentist explained me what was the issue, why was it happening and told me what the procedure will be like before starting it. She kept checking if I was comfortable during the process and made adjustments or took a break where required. On completion of the treatment, the assistant dentist gave me a goodie bag with some floss, toothbrush and a mouth wash, which was a nice gesture.Post treatment, I was not able to find my healthfund details and the receptionist Brontë was kind enough to wait for me while I made a few calls to get it.Overall a very good experience - I would any day recommend the dentistry.

Dr Ritu was absolutely amazing during my wisdom teeth removal. I was extremely anxious as I’ve never been under IV sedation and needed all four teeth taken out and even though the team were running late from a previous appointment, she still took the time to calm me down and make me feel comfortable. I felt very well informed and had no concerns knowing she would be looking after me. I can not wait to return for my check up with her. Thank you again Dr!

Recently attended for a checkup & clean and was seen by Dr Vather. I’ve avoided dentists for a few years after some rough and painful treatment but he and his assistant took the utmost care and certainly made me feel a lot better. My partners been here a few times for treatment and found the centre really good as well. Lovely staff. Easy to make and change bookings. Will certainly return for all our future dentistry needs!

While my dentist was brilliant I found some of the reception staff to be a bit abrupt and rude. For instance, last year and this year, when we had illness running rampant through our family, I had to cancel a few times and the last time I had to do that, one of the reception staff told me that if I did it again there would be a $50 charge to rebook my next appointment, which took me aback, as if I was being punished for things that were out of my control at the time.If this is the way that they treat their patients I definitely don’t want to go back there again. That experience really upset me

I’ve gotten all of my adult life dental work here and the service has gotten better as my dentist has gotten to know me.The first time i saw a dentist here was for a tooth which was diagnosed as needing to come out—after the procedure which went extremely well, i was given two Panadeine fort. I remember the chemist felt really bad for me and then when i got home, after all of my painkillers had worn off, i was sobbing in agony for hours.This didn’t happen again thankfully as before the operation started next time, I demanded my dentist promise me more painkillers.You really only get what you make them give you—dont let them leave you sobbing and moaning just because they think that you do drugs.

Dr Nav Thiara was lovely, his bed side manner was caring, he dealt precisely with what my daughter needed and was considerate of her being in year 12 with his proposed treatment planWould highly recommend him to anyone
