Rosny Doctors & After Hours

Waited 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment, as the doctor was running overtime. Forty minutes is an unacceptable waiting period. I understand if it is 10 to 15 minutes at most, but at 40 - The healthcare system needs to extend the length of standard consultations, I believe this is part of the issue for particular doctors who continually run over time. Also received no call from the doctor or receptionist at 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, Doctor Wong was kind.

Tried to make a booking today to see my regular doctor to find he is no longer working there.I asked to make an appointment to see someone else and explained that I needed a prescription, only to be told 'we can't help you, you will need to find another practice'Disgusting service !Now an 8 week wait to get in somewhere as a new patient !With NO script !If I could give a terrible emoji, (or worse) I would !So much for looking after existing patients !Lost for words .....POOR service !Wont hold my breath for a response ....more than happy to reply to some one who talks it up ....but nothing to those who don't rate them .

Without even stepping a foot in the door, rang to make an appointment for my 89 year old father put on hold twice after being hung up on. Finally get through to receptionist who didn’t want to listen to my issue with getting through to her, to be told we were twelfth in line. Not an issue with that it is the fact that she hung up on me twice and then tried to blame someone else. Not happy my family and my father are long time patients at the practice it needs to be improved.

AFTER HOURS DOCTOR APPOINTMENTArrived at 5.45pm and noted the message on the door to wait in car and phone the number provided to obtain an appointment - started phoning at 6pm as per the request & continually got the busy signal. At 6.15 I noticed two women standing at the door with phones in hand and approached them to ask if they had any success in getting an answer on the phone. Both said NO. The receptionist noticed us standing there and came to the door opened it and said “we’re fully booked” - we all stood there dumbfounded. It is a request to not phone until you arrive and they will schedule an appointment once you are there. Very frustrating experience. The health system is in shambles! Not sure what the answer is.

I see Dr Nixon regularly and she always takes time to ensure I am looked after properly. Dr Lovell is also very kind. I love Sandra and the other girls at reception. Thank you for your great care.

This was a regular consult by phone for a script. I was very grateful for the extended information and help when I requested Dr Nixon for extra info regarding a couple of health issues. This was really appreciated.The receptionist was also very courteous and polite on completion of my consultation. Thank you Dr Nixon and staff.

The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and helped with my health issues very fast :)

I see Dr Nixon - very friendly, compassionate and empathetic. Takes opportunity each session to consider other health-related issues to be discussed (eg. screening for things), not just what I've booked the appointment for. Great GP.

Saw Dr Lovell, she listened, cared and provided great service. I felt my needs were complex, but she didn't bat an eye lid and provided wonderful advice. Highly commend and recommend.
