Great and very helpful service. In and out in a flash, unlike most other pharmacies. The staff are friendly and talkative, the service is fast - can't get better than that.

Arrived at the pharmacy at 5:15 to get eyedrops for my daughter and they’ve already locked up and closed for the day.They’re meant to be open till 5:30, I always come to this pharmacy to get anything I need. NEVER AGAIN will I come back!

I came in today feeling incredibly unwell. Service provided was compassionate and demonstrated genuine care that just doesn't seem to exist in most places these days. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Service is brilliant. Much better than the large warehouse types of pharmacies. Great prices. Support the little guys. Highly recommended.

Wish you'd put your hours on the Google listing. I need a chemist at 10 pm (now) and because you were the only one not saying 'closed', I thought you were open....

Friendly, knowledgeable local pharmacy. Discovered this pharmacy next to Aldi yesterday. Staff were lovely.

This is a very small Pharmacy / Chemist. It is handy as it is accessible via back entrance which has an Aldi carpark.Some items may not be available so you may have to wait for a prescriptions and other items be ordered in.Check your medications before you leave as sometimes medications are missing and at times the wrong Doctors name on the medication. Delivery seems ad hoc and hit and miss. One day they may offer it, another day they may not.They may say they will deliver, but don't count on this happening as you may sit at home waiting for a delivery of your medications that will never happen. ( These may be medications that they did not stock or have run out of ) The staff and Pharmacist's are pleasant and friendly but a little more diligence is needed. It is medication they are dealing with and as a result peoples lives.Downgrading from 4 to 3 stars.

One of the better pharmacies in Melbourne. Unfortunately, their weekend hours are a bit short and on weekdays they aren't open the extended hours that the warehouse style chemists are nowadays- but if you can get there during normal hours you won't regret it. Staff are more than capable of compounding, ordering in your prescription if need be etc. Bottom line: avoid Box Hill Central and check this store out. There's ample parking behind the store (Aldi carpark), or if you're taking public transport, it's conveniently located alongside the 903 route (3 or 4 stops from Box Hill station).

I had a very positive experience today. I went in to get some cold & flu meds & was able to obtain a doctors cert for $25. Very convenient with no clinic waiting or booking required. Thank you very much to the helpful staff. I’ll be back but not too soon i hope ☺️
