From start to finish, amazing. Excellent tradesman-ship, nothing could be faulted. Started and finished on time, and delivered a truly beautiful bathroom. They are the best and the tidiest tradesmen I have ever en-counted. Do not hesitate to pick up the phone, you will never regret using Blissful Bathrooms

Essentially ghosted me as a customer after a quote initially. Excuses first then no response to calls and messages. Would give a zero rating if that was possible.

This is a pending review, as the work has been unsatisfactory and not completed. I would have given a 4-5 Star rating, but unfortunately once we moved into our lovely new home and we noticed the problems.The biggest issue is the ensuite floor and shower. The slope is incorrect so the water flows out of the shower, and the ensuite floor is out of level 20mm, which causes water to flow into the bedroom.The builder has admitted the mistake, which is refreshing, but ultimately we are left with a bathroom that does not function as it should. It now needs to be torn apart back to the studs and redone, which is a massive waste of time, money and resources.***Quality of work (apart from the ensuite)** Communication**** Professionalism from Trades (apart from the ensuite)**** Time/ schedule (apart from the ensuite)Once the work has been rectified, I will reassess the review.
