used Donalco many times, always excellent. doesn't mean there are never issues, but their strong response to issues is what makes them excellent

I used Donalco Windows to replace an old timber exterior door. The quality of workmanship is second to none. They were upfront on lead times, and informed me of reasonable delays due to weather delaying installation. When you buy something that looks like it is going to last a long time, you certainly shouldn't mind waiting. Very happy to support manufacturing in Australia, especially when you get a first class product.

Very unhelpful, very unresponsive and extremely slow. When asked for assistance re glazing requirements for council we were put into the to hard basket. Not to mention that the doors didn't close properly and was told that is all we can do". Door quality is good but the rest extremely poor. I would expect more for $19

Thanks Donalco for a great job regards the installation of the 4 doors you retrofitted into my 60s house.The installer Peter is a real asset to your company as we did not experience a single issue with the job, and he cleaned up spotlessly everyday on the job as he went. The quality of the doors is excellent and we could not be happier.

Very slow only managing 2 windows a day. A 5 window and 1 door 1 bedroom unit taking 3-4 days to complete and 5 days in one unit just to replace a few aluminium windows and a door. Tenants asked for better service and asked that the workers work longer than 5 hours after breaks but they refused. Bit of a nightmare for all with also having the B-line construction on our doorstep. Called other companies they all said 1-2 days. Don't use if you want a prompt service.

We recently used Donalco to replace our old wooden windows and front doors. We couldn’t be happier with the quality aluminium windows and doors we had installed. It instantly improved the appearance of our house, thanks to Harrison’s custom design.The team were so thorough with their check measure as we had difficult door requirements. We suffered the same extensive delays as other reviewers due to COVID and terrible weather conditions, but on the whole we can’t recommend the team enough.Andrew, our sales contact, was so lovely to deal with. Honest and thorough. We trusted his advice and he was very patient.The install team, Jeff, Steve and Harrison, were just a delight to deal with. Not only did they do an excellent job, they left everything spotless at the end of each day and were lovely to have in the house. A small measurement oversight was corrected quickly and Jeff went over and above to tackle years of weather damage. Would definitely recommend them.
