we have printer from ricoh, we have had a problem from last few months,Every time we have sought help from Ricoh the problem was never fixed. Wish we could give 0 stars... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! We are sick of paying for paper and wasting money because they cant help us and fix the printer!! We have called countless times and spent hours on hold to still have the same issues for months and months.

We recently decided to change providers as we were offered a better deal. We requested a payout in early 2019, our payout should have been the remaining months of the rental contract but Mimi from B2B Technologies told us the payout was 2K more, we then asked for a breakup of how she got to this amount. Mimi did not provide this breakup as per our request, she said “that is the payout and that’s it”. We kept paying the rental for further five months and requested another payout in August 2019. Mimi wrote to us again advising the payout but again it was 2K more than the remaining months of the contract. Ricoh Finance who is the holder of this contract would not assist us in getting the correct payout as well. If you are looking to sign with B2B or Ricoh Finance then you might want to re-consider your decision. We have been put through a lot stress by Mimi from B2B Technologies, pressuring us to pay an invoice that was incorrect or be sent to collections even though our payments are up to date via a direct debit.
