Paid $300 for this ‘WiFi MXQ Pro 4K 8/16GB HD Android 7.1 Set Top TV Box which you can pick up for around $35 retail price. The system is laggy and not responsive all the time, I am unable to play Rai Italia which is the only reason why I bought it. None of the Rai stations work either there is no sound, or it freezes after 2 mins of watching. No support from Satpro as there is nothing, they can do the product is not good enough and able to play Rai Italia stations. No refund was offered, and they stopped taking my calls. Would not recommend Satpro tv box, be careful you will lose your money.

Absolutely horrible. Paid $300 and the box did not work at all, upgraded our internet and still NOTHING. Roy completely blocked our calls and messages. Complete SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THESE GUYS! I ordered Turkish Tv which arrived however majority of the channels don't work. We called however the owner was so rude and blamed our internet connection (which works perfectly fine) he then proceeded to speak rudely and hang up.Very unprofessional and service was horrible. I now have to go through consumer affairs to get my money back which could have easily be avoided if their customer service was the way it should be however this guy has made it so difficult. Didn't even offer get it back to see what the problem was. Instant hang up.Never again!
