We recently purchased a Euro Fireplace from CCH. Zac greeted us upon entering their store, he was polite and welcoming and despite his youthful appearance he was an absolute wealth of knowledge, not once did we feel we needed to clarify any details with a senior staff member. We were so happy to be served by Zac and we are equally as happy with the fireplace we purchased, it has met all our expectations. Thank you Zac and CCH.

We had an issue with a gas heater bought through CCH 6 months ago and contacted them to see what can be done on warranty.Our problem was dealt with to the best of their ability, liaising between us an the manufacturer.The heater is working well again and we recently had a follow up phone call from CCH asking if everything is OK.It was clear from the onset that the problem was not due to any fault of CCH but it was treated as if it was.I am very impressed with CCH's after sales service and it's clear customer relationships are very important to them.I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone seeking products they offer.

My first heater in Tasmania after moving down from Qld. Researched the different options and settled on a pellet heater. Had some early bugs to iron out but overall happy with the heater.

Peter and Zac run an excellent business. Their service and products are excellent. Their advice re my wood fire and the heat transfer kit was invaluable. My Olbia fire is so efficient and hot and now I have the heat transfer kit installed the whole house Is lovely and warm. Thanks so much to you.
