Leon helped me settle my first property. As you could imagine it was a very worrying process but Leon handled it all and made the process simple. Highly recommend his firm and will be returning for his services.

I did not have a good experience overall using Naprich who was recommended to me by the property spruiker I used to purchase my IP. The first stuff up was they missed my settlement date so I had to pay my property purchase outright as it was not subject to finance. As it was a SMSF investment I had to liquidate my super to pay for it and then refinance later costing me thousands of dollars extra. Aside from the poor communication and lack of response to emails at the time of signing the contract after submitting my offer they breached my privacy by emailing my settlement docs to the wrong email address and when I had to chase them and let them know what they had done the Paralegal didn't even apologise or acknowledge their breach of the Privacy Act! Last insult to injury was when I refinanced the property my solictor did checks for me and found that they hadn't stamped the bare trust deed at settlement as required! They also didn't include rates and water bills in the settlement so I just found out I had to pay arrears that was accumulated prior to me owning the property and the builder should have paid!!! Worst experience ever and I am shocked a legal firm can conduct themselves so unprofessionally. I would not recommend their services to anyone!!

As we are from Sydney and have only purchased properties in Sydney we went with Napoleon & Richard as recommended by our buyers agent who helped us source 2 properties, 1 in WA and 1 In QLD (as our preferred conveyancer can only practice with settlements of NSW properties)THIS WAS THE BIGGEST REGRET OF OUR PROPERTY PURCHASING LIFE!The experience was awful in everyway, including but not exclusive to the following:-- never replied to an ANY of our emails. we had to ask our buyers agent to contact them for us and almost missed out on settlement as direction regarding funds transferred was not communicated clearly- the worse communication ever! promised us the world and gave us nothing, i.e couldn't reply to simple requests or questions.-when we finally spoke to the owner 'Leon' to express our dissatisfaction, he mentioned that it was due to the shortage of staff and that he will personally handle our matters as he acknowledges that his staff has pretty much neglected us- Never received an email or phone call from him again besides an email he sent to us blasting us that we are 'underestimating his profession'-They charged a premium for a service that was not professionally executed.-everything we asked was in the too hard basket and they never even called us to advise us of the properties settling and we never know that it settled until our buyers agent told us as Napoleon & Richard 'server was down' and we couldn't see it on Pexa- another thing we paid for but couldn't even use.There were so many other things that went wrong or was simply not communicated to us, even our buyers agents were appalled by thier lack of communication and inability to take any accountability for their BAD BAD professionalism.Would NOT recommend these guys for conveyancing, especially if you are a newbie, you will just have panic attacks, we know we did and this was not our first rodeo.
