Very average service via talking on the phone. Then the girl who actually help me was very friendly and helpful to the extent I was able to get my daughter a ring.

Poor customer service and the store manager is so rude at Prouds Bairnsdale. My watch stopped working during the warranty period and given for repair in April 2019. When I enquired about the repair status I found that they kept the watch in the store itself for one month and send for battery replacement after a month. I called to check the status of repair again and the time they taking for battery replacement, she was so rude over the phone and she hang up the phone. I tried to ring her back and she didn't attend my call or haven't got the manners to ring back. And what more interesting is I haven’t got my watch back yet, after 2 months+ of waiting. I have noticed their attitudes many times in the past as well and few times we just came out of the shop without purchasing as there was no one bothered to attend the customer. I never had such a bad service and response from anyone in Bairnsdale.

Terrible customer service - actually, no customer service. Went in today to sort out a ring and walked out with nothing as the service lady was so rude to me I couldn't bear to be round her anymore. I will never go back

My wife had a problem when a diamond fell out and was lost from a ring worth $5000. HEAD OFFICE refused to repair it even though the claw was faulty.My wife bought all her jewellery here and gifts for family and friends but now she refuses to shop here.They have lost a customer who spent alot of money in the Bairnsdale store.Take your money elsewhere.The staff do their best but their hands are tied by head office.
