Had the worst hair cut of my life by ‘Lauren’. I now have very little hair left and will have to regrow. Was advised by current hairdresser the lines cut into my hair at ‘Silk & Stone’ were very blunt, with no pattern and looked wrong from every angle. Very unprofessional whilst working on my hair, quite rough and wouldn’t make conversion, only answered questions (bluntly and with attitude) when asked a direct question. Went to a much nicer and professional hairdresser, who treated myself and my hair with respect. I’m lucky another hairdresser took pity on me and fitted me in at short notice, for a colour correction and fixed the bad cut, as best as possible. The salon staff were shocked my hair had only been cut days before - it looked an absolute mess.

I love visiting this salon for fabulous hair, the relaxing space, and super friendly staff. Lauren does a perfect cut and colour every time and makes me feel so comfortable. Can’t recommend this place more highly. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and professional service right here!
