Updates:Inventory still missing for the bulk of items that were taken from property weeks after removal and no body is being accountable.Coin collection still not been returned weeks after being removed from the property.Artwork damaged due to unskilled handling and storageTimeline blown out and no showsChanges to scope and how the machines are to be usedCross contamination in a number of areas and didn’t even clean afterwardsDidn’t seal a room that should have been sealed, and they added contaminated contents to this room.Cleaning didnt pass the first testFEN Manager did not conduct herself professionally when issues arose early on and we asked for assistanceFEN are not providing correct information to the insurer as their subcontractor is falsifying information in the reportFEN contractor refused to provide an INVENTORY on the day of leaving with a lot of the contents, referred us to insurer. We have only received a small portion that has been poorly documented in writing and photographs. Completely missing many items. Descriptions are vague. Non restorable items are also poorly documented and incomplete.How is this legal to remove property and not provide an inventory!Original review:What am absolute mess!FEN have subcontracted and there is no plan or structure for how the remediation is being carried out. They delayed the start. Then sent a contractor out unprepared for a fully furnished space. It was meant to be empty for them to start cleaning. Now being told this contractor that was assigned can’t handle mould cleaning art, pictures and frames - so why not put the team that are qualified, on the job? You did 2 site inspections prior to commencement yet didn’t factor the wall art! Someone has dropped the ball on this job and FEN should look into the finer details. Sydney location.Next and without notice, they throw out all the beds and furniture! They had the scope for 2 months and turn up on day one to say the beds are going, despite the previous staff saying they were fine and would be cleaned. Who do you trust when they are meant to be mould experts?FEN - you have just made a stressful situation more stressful and my elderly mum is now sleeping in the lounge room because you are unorganised and don’t communicate.And after you have begun cleaning rooms, we had to ask repeatedly, when was the roof cavity and wall cavity being cleaned. It’s in your report as part of your scope so if you aren’t doing it, why wouldn’t you update us and make sure the roof and wall cavity is scheduled before you start the clean. WHAT A MESS. Terrible planning and communication.
