It is actually an enjoyable experience training with Daniel!He is relaxed and patient whilst still motivating the group to work hard.The sessions are well thought out so we can work to our own optimum level and the time flies…(usually)!

My experience with Melbourne Outer Eastern Fitness has been extremely accomodating, encouraging and motivating.For someone who was incredibly intimidated by a gym and lifting weights, I now enjoy working out with my new found confidence.The Head Coach Daniel really takes the time to get to know you, what your goals are and never makes you feel under pressure.Every session is tailored to my needs, where I also leave learning more about my body movements, composition and the technicalities of exercise, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle.Every session is filled with a positive attitude, which empowers you to train even harder and be your best.Daniel’s down to earth attitude really assists in the days you are feeling sluggish or unmotivated, by assisting in mapping out key goals and plans for each week, whilst always being available to check in and provide support for any queries I have along the way.I highly recommend Melbourne Outer Eastern Fitness for anyone looking to build a positive relationship with exercise and creating a balanced lifestyle.

I’ve had a great experience training with this group and especially Daniel. He is a really friendly, fun and approachable instructor with a wide breadth of knowledge when it comes to all things fitness. He’s great at focusing on proper technique to avoid injuries and giving you personalised exercises for specific body types/existing injuries. I’d genuinely highly recommend training with him!

I love our group strengthening and conditioning classes with Daniel. We get a great overall workout, he is strong on technique, and he is a lovely fun guy - a good fit for our lovely fun group.
