I payed a lot of money and I got nothing back in return $375 and $25 I asked for a receipt and got nothing they said there was a zoom meeting online and they canceled that usually when you pay something you get something not good to teach your children what people can do with your hard earned money and just wondering what the $375 amount was I still don’t know not happy iam the father Chris chambers

Everyone I've spoken to has been so wonderful. We were a little nervous about starting this process for our little girl and they have been there a d ready to answer any of our questions. The studio shoot was the best experience we could have asked for, they were very calm and generous with our little girl, can't wait to get the photos and start our little ones portfolio.

Be careful be careful be careful be careful be careful!! This company will steal your money. I already made a complaint about them to the court and NSW fair trading!!Im a lawyer and I’m more then happy to help and one wants to go to court against them. I will pay all the fees for the court and I don’t need anything in back. All what I want to do and I will close down this business.

Beware of this company. My child wasn't paid for shoot. They kept saying they would get back to me after contacting them they never did. Sent numerous emails because you cannot call them anymore. There customer service is disgusting. Just think twice before signing with them. They are very happy to take your money but when money is owed you hear nothing.I don't know how to respond to Bettinas response but it has been 8 months since shot and hasnt been paid. So more than 90 days. I still can't get hold of anyone and still no email or phone call back.

My son wasn't cast for anything. That does not bother me at all, I understand that it's out of Bettina's control which child is selected however, you cannot expect anyone to believe that the pool of talent is so small & exclusive. If that was the case, my son would have been selected for at least one job in the span of a year. I do not believe for one second that it is as exclusive as it is made out to be

Not one bad thing to say about working with Bettina. My daughter has had consistent work almost every month. It took a bit to start getting work but now she’s started it’s been consistent. Bettina is super easy to work with and are very professional. It does cost a bit to start up but my daughter has already earned that money back.
