We needed a balustrade set up on our new deck before Xmas '21 but could not get the glass and materials, Even Bunnings could not supply until late January. I found Tasman Glass in a web search. We live in Tasmania and was able to check with another Tasman Glass customer in Tasmania who were very happy with the product after installing some 2 years ago.Although based in Queensland they advised they could get the glass balustrade to us before our builder went on holiday 16th December.We dealt with Taylor who was very friendly and super efficient.They supplied plans and detailed costings. Once we paid the shipment went out the next day and arrived in Tasmania on the exact ETA.It was well packed in wooden crates and our builder said the quality of glass and fittings was very good. Our builder rang them several times for guidance and despite early morning there was someone on the phone to help. They have also followed up immediately with small parts like a pole cap same day service & .express post.The price was competitive.This is an excellent company to deal with.

Fantastic company to deal with, along with all the knowledge and help you need. Were able to answer all my questions effortlessly. They have it all, selling quality certified products at a competitive price. If you want to DYI and live locally they will load your order on a purpose built loan trailer and provide you with a detailed plan illustrating panel sizing/gaps etc. which simplifies the checking and installation process. I highly recommend them for products and great Customer Service.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The customer service from Jamie is outstanding. Prices are excellent and support has been unfaultable. We purchased glass balustrading for our very large deck and Jamie worked patiently with us, carefully creating CAD installation plans for us, as well as a number of quotes as we changed our minds about materials, sizing etc. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Tasman glass. The glass was shipped all the way to Tasmania and packaged so well we would never have needed to rely on their promise to replace any broken glass. It was pristine and our new deck looks absolutely stunning. We have recommended this company to all our friends and we will definitely be returning for any future glass needs.

The lads that work here are awesome.If you are chasing glass pool fence or balustrade look no further.I was given great pricing all the advice and tricks of the trade, staff even printed out a booklet to reference. They bent over backwards for me and Tasman glass is the only place I will purchase from in the future.Thanks

This would be the most amazing company I have dealt with in 25 years of building . I have dealt with over 6 of Staff members from , admin , sales , factory staff and ever one has a helpful friendly attitude . I placed my order it was packed on a trailer ready to pick up . The products were great and the after supply service and support was fantastic . I highly recommend these guys
